When you sign up for SMS updates we collect your mobile number, the time and source of your consent, and the messages exchanged with us. When you purchase a plan we collect the billing details needed to fulfill it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text-message services necessary to deliver messages. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
To deliver the services you asked for, respond to your inquiries, send receipts and service notifications, and — only with your recorded consent — occasional service announcements. Consent records (number, timestamp, source) are retained as evidence of your opt-in and honored opt-outs are permanent until you opt back in.
